David F. Webb

Mr. Webb is Vice Chairman of CBRE, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services and brokerage firm, closing approximately $2 billion per year in debt and structured finance deals since October 2013.  He is responsible for overseeing the company’s Mid Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance Group that arranges senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity for a wide variety of apartment, condominium , office, retail, industrial, and other properties and development projects. His group advises on a wide range of construction and development issues.

Previously Mr. Webb served as vice chairman of Cassidy Turley, a commercial real estate services company, from 2007–2013. Before working in finance, Mr. Webb practiced law in Atlanta, Ga.

Mr. Webb received his bachelors from the University of Virginia and his law degree from the University of Richmond’s TC Williams School of Law. Mr. Webb is married to Martha Rooney, the Chair of Beauvoir School.
