Geoff Carlson

Prior to joining the Cathedral in 2022, Geoff held Human Resources and People leadership roles with Apple and a large multinational cooperative, supported the expansion of a start up national retail organization, and founded his own HR consulting firm in 2018, advising mission-driven organizations on people strategy, recruitment, and organizational development.

Geoff is a former professional actor and preacher’s kid from Omaha, Neb., and received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Grace University. He has received DEI and HR operational certificates from Cornell University and his SPHR certification in 2024 from HRCI.
