Manages tour scheduling and group visit operations. Serves as the Cathedral’s principal point of contact for individuals and groups desiring to tour or attend worship services from initial inquiry until the day of arrival. Ensures that group visits are scheduled appropriately in light of other Cathedral functions and activities. Collaborates with Deputy Director of Visitor Programs and cross-departmental partners to coordinate touring functions. Supports Welcome Desk operations as needed.
As a member of Visitor Programs, this part-time position provides optimal visitor service, ensuring that all visitor needs are met in a timely manner at the welcome desk. The individual will be required to manage transactions, welcome, and orient visitors. The Welcome Associate will be expected to demonstrate mastery of the point of sale system and will be authorized to handle transactions to include donations, purchases, and refunds. This position is responsible for the opening and closing of specific registers. Work shifts will be assigned from among the following: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm; or other shifts based on staffing needs and availability.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Development will be responsible for broadening and deepening relationships that lead to philanthropic support of the Cathedral’s priority operating and capital needs.
The Events and Hospitality Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales for corporate and nonprofit rentals in various Cathedral spaces for events including, but not limited to, receptions, galas, dinners, conferences, concerts, ceremonies, and meetings; managing logistics for the above while providing outstanding service and hospitality; providing support as needed to the Office of Event Management.
The Design & Production Manager is responsible for developing print and digital designs to present a creative and compelling vision of the Cathedral to the outside world. Working closely with the Cathedral’s Creative Director, this position collaborates across departments to amplifying the Cathedral’s work, mission and visitor’s experience, primarily through printed materials.
