The Design & Production Manager is responsible for developing print and digital designs to present a creative and compelling vision of the Cathedral to the outside world. Working closely with the Cathedral’s Creative Director, this position collaborates across departments to amplifying the Cathedral’s work, mission and visitor’s experience, primarily through printed materials.
Manages tour scheduling and group visit operations. Serves as the Cathedral’s principal point of contact for individuals and groups desiring to tour or attend worship services from initial inquiry until the day of arrival. Tracks Cathedral calendar of events, ensuring that touring and visitation activities are scheduled appropriately.
As the first point of contact for many visitors and callers to the main Cathedral office building, the Cathedral Office Administrative Assistant represents the face of Washington National Cathedral. Greets and directs visitors to the appropriate office. Provides general information to callers about hours and directions, touring, services, and events.
