Robert V. Fleming II is a Principal with 888 Realty Investors, LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Washington, D.C.  He has over 40 years of experience in the acquisition, development, ownership and management of commercial, multi-family and mixed-use properties in the Washington area.

Since the formation of 888 Realty Investors in 2008, he has had responsibility for the joint-venture formation and overall asset management of numerous investment properties on behalf of the firm’s investors and clients.

From 1976 until 1983, Mr. Fleming was an officer of Chemical Bank in New York.  He is a Director of Baltimore-based Canusa Corporation; a past Trustee of The Maddux Foundation and Maret School; a past director of Allied Capital Lending Corporation; and a member of the Finance Committee of the Washington National Cathedral.

Mr. Fleming is a graduate of St. Albans School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University.  He and his wife, Roxanne, live in Washington, D.C. and have three children, all of whom attended the Cathedral schools.
