This week, we invite you to join our special Holy Eucharist honoring the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. We welcome guest preacher the Rev. Dr. Paul Smith, a civil rights veteran and associate of Dr. King’s. The service includes music and prayers honoring Dr. King’s life and legacy with the Washington Performing Arts’ Children of the Gospel Choir joining the Cathedral musicians. All who seek a deeper relationship with God in Christ are welcome to receive Communion.

This service will also be streamed here on our website and on the Cathedral’s YouTube channel.

Note: A book signing for Dr. Smith’s biography, Building Beloved Communities, will follow after the service in the west end.
