Celebrate freedom as the Cathedral commemorates Juneteenth. This special Holy Eucharist features guest preacher Sen. Raphael Warnock, senior pastor at the historic Ebeneezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, and music from the Cathedral’s Contemporary Worship Ensemble. All who seek a deeper relationship with God in Christ are welcome to receive Communion.

You’re also invited to stay for a public forum at 1:30 on “Shaping a New Tomorrow” as part of the Cathedral’s racial justice initiatives.

The Cathedral’s Juneteenth celebrations are sponsored by the Cathedral College of Faith & Culture and are presented as part of “Light in the Darkness,” an ongoing series of public programs around the upcoming dedication of new stained glass windows dedicated to racial justice and the ongoing struggle for civil rights.
