Foundational Spiritual Practices, Paths of Prayer: Sabbath
What do clergy and therapists, neuroscientists and physicians agree on? Spiritual practices are good for our mental, physical, and spiritual health. But what is a spiritual practice? How do we find one that “works” for us or what do we do when our long-term practice is feeling dry? Join us as we explore foundational spiritual practices and the myriad of ways we can engage in intentional disciplines that connect us more deeply to the Holy and to our true selves. Join us for one, some or all of the sessions. All sessions will include time for teaching, practice, and conversation.
Like a path through the forest, Sabbath creates a marker for ourselves so, if we are lost, we can find our way back to our center. – Wayne Muller
