Introducing Cathedral Close Online

We are delighted to announce the Cathedral Close Online—a virtual space where all who follow the Cathedral can make meaningful connections, find fellowship and community, and deepen relationships with one another and with God.

Here in Washington DC, the “Cathedral Close” is a beautifully maintained campus where clergy and congregants, educators and students, and the general public come together to worship and pray, learn and be inspired, and revel in the beauty of architecture and the outdoors. We like to think of this online space as an extension of the Cathedral Close.

What can you do at Cathedral Close Online?
  • Visit the Chapel where you post your prayer requests and celebrations and pray for others who have asked for prayer.
  • Connect with other members of the online Cathedral community, and maybe even find folks close to you!
  • Engage with Cathedral ministries like the Racial Justice Initiative, the 20s and 30s Ministry, and LGBTQ Alliance.
  • Participate in classes and learn about upcoming events.
  • Explore curated resources to deepen your faith.

This is a place for you—join us today.
