We’re honored to welcome visitors from across the nation and hope this information makes planning visits even easier. The Cathedral is dedicated to serve as a house of prayer for all people and a spiritual home for the nation. It does not receive any direct operating support from the federal government, nor is it subsidized through the budget of the Episcopal Church.

The admission fee for sightseeing at the Cathedral is $15 per adult (18+), $10 per youth (5–17) and teachers with ID, and $10 for seniors (65+), students (with ID), and active military (with ID) or veterans. Children under 5 are free. Worshiping, prayer, and other spiritual visits are free; Sundays are free.

The Cathedral is open for sightseeing most Mondays–Saturdays at 10 am–5:30 pm. Please check our calendar for specific sightseeing dates and times.
