Thanksgiving Day: A family, a person and an ever growing number of groups may seem random, and not at all related to each other, or to any one of us, but please remember that they represent the other thanksgiving. The holiday that most of us will never experience or be a part of.
Pentecost XXVI: The cross is not God’s last word to us in Jesus. By the goodness and grace and love of God; God raises Jesus victorious from the grave. Jesus reigns.
Pentecost XXV: It is in these times that we are reminded of the One we seek to follow, that in our own way we’re called to bring healing and wholeness and light and life and love to this broken and hurting world.
Pentecost XXIV: Prayer matters. Love matters. Justice matters. A church that prays and loves and works for justice is worth everything we have to live on.
