Contemporary Ensemble
Whether it’s a new take on a beloved hymn or an emotional cry of the heart, the Cathedral’s contemporary music program will welcome you in and open your soul.
The Cathedral’s Contemporary Worship Ensemble aims to create diverse and inclusive worship experiences that reflect the depth and breadth of the Cathedral community. Though Gospel, jazz, blues and timeless classics, we offer a bridge between our cherished Anglican tradition and vibrant contemporary musical expressions of faith. We invite you to join us as we find new musical pathways to God!
A note from Michele Fowlin
We’re proud to call this Cathedral a House of Prayer for All People – and all really does mean all! Through our Contemporary Music Ensemble, our prayer is that every person who joins us for worship, in-person or online, will discover music that touches your heart and draws you closer to God.
You will find cherished hymns blended with the best in Gospel, jazz, blues and classical, but we hope you’ll discover something that represents YOU. Our goal is to craft a personal playlist that can accompany you on your walk with God. Welcome to the place where you belong!
