World-renowned meditation teacher Thich Nhat Hanh says that our true home is in the present moment. Discover ways to shift your attention to the present by meditating with different focal points, including your breath, body, sound, and a mantra. Our time together will include an exploration of the topic, guided meditation, silence, and reflection time.
