Spiritual Summer Camp: Seeking the Spirit through Art – Intuitive Painting

Thursday, August 15, 2019 | 7:00pm

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I will meet you there. ~ Rumi

Connect with yourself, connect with others and connect with the Holy by listening to your intuition and creating art. Learn to paint from your spontaneous inner voice and not pay attention to your rational mind. We focus on what arises for you as you paint and not on the end product. Intuitive painting is sometimes referred to as “mindfulness meditation inaction.” Mindfulness meditations will be led and we will also help you be more mindful while painting. This method of self- exploration and self-discovery can lead to personal and spiritual insights and great fun. Absolutely no experience or confidence in painting or meditation needed.
