Why should kids have all the fun? Join us Thursday evenings this summer as we explore playful practices that nourish the spirit. Bring your friends or make new ones as we dance, sing, create and laugh together.
Join us for this wacky, silly and fun practice that has been proven to reduce stress and strengthen the immune system. Through a blend of yogic, Pranayama breathing and laughter, Laughter Yoga exercises mind, body and spirit. The session ends with a period of silent meditation. Wear a smile and comfortable clothes. Bring your silly bone and a bottle of water. Be prepared to have fun and de-stress and open to a wellspring of holy joy.
