Connect with yourself, connect with others and connect with the Holy by letting your intuition guide you in creating art. Learn to not pay attention to the logical, rational mind as you respond spontaneously to what calls you.
You’ll work with clay and paints and participate in either self- directed or specific projects. The focus is on creating and what happens while we’re creating, not on the end product. Meditations will be led to help us remember to be kind to ourselves. No experience or confidence in clay, painting or meditation needed. Attend one workshop or all the workshops. Each workshop is different. A $5 material fee, payable to the teacher, is due at each session.
Third Sundays, 1 – 3 pm, Center for Prayer and Pilgrimage
