Knitting and Crocheting Ministry

Sunday, April 17, 2016 | 1:00pm

Do you knit or crochet? Join us on the first and third Sundays of each month, 1–3 pm in the Cathedral Library. We’re knitting and crocheting children’s hats, scarves, and booties to donate to organizations such as Bright Beginnings which serves homeless children and families. You can also bring your own project and enjoy the company. Can’t knit or crochet? We’ll teach you! Needles and yarn are available.

Please come and see what we are all about! For great community and wonderful projects, join us as often as you can. We welcome new members at any time.

Contact Mila Michael for more information.

Donations of yarn in washable fibers and colors suitable for small children are gratefully accepted at any time. We primarily make hats, scarves, mittens, and sweaters for children under five. If you are unsure about whether yarn you have might be appropriate, please contact us with a description.
