Creating Gratitude: Exploring Fresh Ways to Meditate and Pray

Friday, November 26, 2021 | 1:00pm

Come and practice playful prayer and thanksgiving this holiday season as you visit the Cathedral. Wander through the contemplative space of the Center for Prayer and Pilgrimage and discover a path of choices to practice the arts for spiritual growth.  Center intern and graduate student in expressive arts therapy, Katherine Alexander, offers guided sessions each afternoon exploring mindful movement, drawing, writing, and stillness. Art supplies will be provided, however if you wish to remain touch-free, feel free to bring your own tools such as journals, colored pencils, pastels, etc. No RSVP is required. All are welcome!
