Cathedral clergy Provost Jan Cope, Canon for Worship Rose Duncan, and Priest Associate Patrick Keyser share reflections and experiences on staying healthy (mentally, spiritually, and emotionally) during this global pandemic. Moderated by Program Director Michelle Dibblee.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Many of us are seeking support as we navigate this global pandemic. Some face situations (like addiction or abuse) that can be more difficult or dangerous due to our current isolation. This conversation will make us more aware of the range of challenges and possible responses to support those we love. Mental health resources are available online at cathedral.org/online/mental-health.
This event will be broadcast on Facebook live. Registration on Zoom is available but limited; register here.
