Cathedral Spotlights: Wrought Iron and Nol Putnam

In the grand spaces of the Cathedral, it can be easy to overlook the masterpieces in wrought iron. Explore how one master artisan has used centuries-old techniques to beautify the Cathedral. Docent Barry Bem will talk about wrought iron in general, focusing on the work of blacksmith Nol Putnam and showcasing three wonderful gates by Putnam in an area not usually accessible on tours.

The Docent Spotlights on church architecture originally scheduled for this date will be rescheduled.
