Cathedral Labyrinth Walks: Movement and Meditation Beyond Words
Sunday, March 1, 2020 | 1:00pm
The labyrinth is a sacred pattern that leads you on a path to its center and back out again. This interfaith, ecumenical, spiritual prayer tool offers many ways to encounter the Holy. It’s a way of praying with the body that invites God into an active conversation with the heart and soul. The Cathedral is free and open to the public on Sundays. Come explore the beautiful chapels in the Crypt (downstairs) before or after praying the labyrinth.
Listen to Terri Lynn Simpson, the Coordinator for the Center for Prayer and Pilgrimage, describe how to walk the labyrinth.
