Cathedral Yoga
Upcoming Indoor and Outdoor Sessions
All skill levels are welcome to join our 60-minute yoga sessions under the guidance of experienced Flow Yoga Center instructors. Find new paths to mindfulness whether you choose an indoor session, surrounded by the Cathedral’s vaulted ceilings and stained glass windows, or an outdoor session in the Cathedral’s peaceful wooded amphitheater. Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
Indoor Yoga
Fri. Feb 13 & Sat. Feb 14 • 6 pm
Tue. May 19 & Thu. May 21 • 7 pm
Outdoor Yoga
Saturdays at 9 am • April 18-June 13
Enjoy a 60-minute session outside in the tranquil, wooded Cathedral amphitheater. This is a fully-outdoor experience on grass and ground; bug spray and sunscreen are recommended.please note
- Attendees must acknowledge an online waiver when purchasing a ticket. Please read additional program details carefully on ticket page.
- On Feb. 13 and 14, post-session happy hour drinks are available for purchase and not included with ticket cost.
- As a living and active community of faith, the Cathedral’s schedule and ability to welcome visitors is subject to unexpected changes. If a conflict arises and we cannot be open for the event at the date/time you have purchased, we will contact you by email and your credit card will be refunded.

The Cathedral is a house of prayer for all people; there is never a charge for worship services or private prayer.
