Online Workshop: Blessing as Spiritual Practice
May the Fourth Be With You! Whether we are conscious of it or not, the act of blessing has become part of our everyday life. From automatic responses to sneezes to good wishes for a blessed day at the end of an encounter, the words we give or receive are often taken for granted. Yet the practice of blessing is a radical act, rooted in ancient traditions that invite the one blessing and the one blessed into a deeper relationship, not only with one another but also with the divine. Join us online this “Star Wars Day” as we explore the history of blessing as a spiritual practice and learn how each of us can participate in this profound act of co-creation in the world.
This workshop will be recorded for those not able to participate in real time. Registration closes at 12 pm ET on May 4. The Zoom link and further instructions will be sent to you 2 hours before the start of the program.
