Maureen McGinness
Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Maureen McGinness joined the Cathedral in August 2024 as its Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
In this role, Maureen supports the mission and strategic direction of the Cathedral by leading the areas of finance, planning, human resources and facilities. She brings a deep understanding of sound financial management with the long-term perspective of an evolving nonprofit.
Maureen brought over 30 years’ experience in the educational and nonprofit industries when joining the Cathedral. In prior roles, she helped the Sisters of Mercy of Americas through a massive organization change when they reconfigured from five regional communities to a national organization. She also led finance and administration at the Wharton School of Business as it expanded its international footprint. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and she is a certified public accountant.
Maureen looks forward to drawing on her former experiences to help the Cathedral accomplish all its strategic goals.
