David F. Webb
Mr. Webb is a Vice Chairman of CBRE, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services and brokerage firm. He is responsible for running the company’s Mid Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance Group that arranges senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity for a wide variety of apartment, condominium , office, retail, industrial, and other properties and development projects, closing over $30 Billion of transactions over the past 10 years. His group advises on a wide range of construction and development issues.
Before working in finance, Mr. Webb practiced law in Atlanta, Ga.
Mr. Webb received his BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and his JD from the University of Richmond’s TC Williams School of Law. Mr. Webb is married to Martha Rooney Webb, and they have three children who attended NCS, St. Albans and Beauvoir Schools.
Mr. Webb’s philanthropic endeavors outside of the Washington National Cathedral have focused on the poor and underprivileged in Washington, D.C., serving on the Boards of The SEED School of Washington, DC, and the SEED Foundation (Building and Finance Committees), the Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys (Finance and Governance Committees), and Jubilee Support Alliance/Jubilee Housing.
