Amanda R. Delk

Mandy Delk is mother to Sayer (NCS Class of 2013) and Rosie (NCS Class of 2016) and wife of Mitchell Delk, who is the Corporate Senior Vice President of Global Government Relations for AECOM.

Mandy has a BBA and an MBA from the University of Texas.  She was an investment banker in the Public Finance Department of Lehman Brothers from 1985 to 1999 where she primarily structured financings for public and investor-owned utilities. She retired in 1999 to focus on raising her family.

Mandy served as a trustee for the National Cathedral School for six years, chairing the Annual Fund and co-chairing the Strategic Plan.  She served as a trustee for Beauvoir for six years, serving as the chair of the Finance Committee for four years and Board Chair for one year. She has been a member of the Children’s Health Board (a volunteer board which raises money for Children’s National Hospital) for 14 years, served on the Women’s Committee of the Washington Ballet for 13 years, the Board of the Latino Student Fund for 6 years, and was a member of the Women’s Committee of the Opera for 11 years.
