Janet McGregor spent the majority of her career at Lockheed Martin Corporation in a variety of executive financial roles.  She served as President and CEO for their investment management subsidiary, responsible for the investment of all pension and related funds. Prior to that, she was the Vice President and Treasurer, responsible for the corporation’s capital structure, financing strategies, risk management activities and corporate-wide real estate.  Following the merger of Lockheed and Martin Marietta, she was CFO for the Electronics Sector which was comprised of multiple companies.

Janet also served as COO and CFO for the National Association of Broadcasters, and most recently, she was the Vice President and Treasurer for Exelis Inc., a defense business spun out of ITT Corporation as a public company and later acquired by Harris Corporation.

Janet has lived in Northern Virginia area throughout her life, currently living in McLean with her husband. She is a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in McLean. She has two grown daughters, both of whom attended the National Cathedral School. She received her MBA from American University in Washington D.C.
