As the world turns a corner and we reconnect after a long year apart, the Cathedral’s music staff presents an evening of light-hearted music that captures the sense of hope and renewal we’re all feeling after a very long year.
Beneath Michael Pendry’s majestic “Les Colombes” exhibit of 2,000 graceful doves, our world-class musicians offer a little something for everyone to rekindle your love of live music. There’s some Mozart and Handel, as well as a little Samba, Tango and Tarantella.
There’s light at the end of this long dark tunnel, and the joy of music in the beauty of the National Cathedral will lead the way.
Your generous donations help support the music programming at Washington National Cathedral, and to give Americans a place to come together to find hope, inspiration and gracious conversations. Thank you!
