Moving Mindfully into the New Year

Looking for a way to reflect on the year that has past and move mindfully into the year to come? Join us for this afternoon retreat as we explore ways to take stock of the old year while looking forward to the new. Guided meditations, individual reflections and shared ritual invite us to remember and release 2017 and set our intentions for the coming year.

Those wanting a longer period of retreat may consider also signing up for the on-line retreat. Retreat materials including a mix of poetry, meditations, and exercises are sent to you head of time to explore according to your own rhythm. Periodic emails prompt times to pause for a moment of mindfulness throughout the long weekend. The online retreat is designed to complement the work of the in-person retreat and provide an opportunity for deeper reflection.
