Family Outdoor Yoga

Begin your Saturday with a 30-minute family yoga session in the Cathedral’s beautiful outdoor amphitheater. Under the guidance of experienced Flow Yoga Center instructors, engage in a feel-good family flow while surrounded by the magnificent Cathedral grounds. Please bring your own yoga mats and arrive 15 minutes prior to the session.

After the session, Yoga attendees ages 12 and under can get in free with a paying adult to Family Fun Day activities inside the Cathedral from 10 am-2 pm.

Good to Know

• No unaccompanied children will be permitted. All attendees must purchase a ticket. This yoga session is recommended for ages 5 and up.
• Attendees must acknowledge an online waiver when purchasing a ticket.
• This is a fully-outdoor experience on grass and ground; bug spray and sunscreen are recommended.
• As a living and active community of faith, the Cathedral’s schedule and ability to welcome visitors is subject to unexpected changes. If a conflict arises and we cannot be open for the event at the date/time you have purchased, we will contact you by email and your credit card will be refunded.
