As the seasons change, the Bishop’s Garden offers a unique setting for slowing down, paying attention, and experiencing the natural world in new ways. Join us for a guided contemplative walk through the Bishop’s Garden led by Mariana Cruz.

Inspired by the wisdom found across diverse religious, spiritual, and contemplative traditions, each walk invites participants into reflection through poetry, silence, guided practices, and journaling. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome. No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is necessary.
