Supporters who make an annual gift of $60 or more are eligible for National Cathedral Association (NCA) membership benefits. Join or renew now.

Honor and memorial gifts to the Cathedral are recorded in the Cathedral’s Book of Remembrance. In addition, a card will be sent to the honoree or their family informing them of this special tribute. Make an honor or memorial gift online.

For a limited time, two generous donors are funding a challenge to all Cathedral supporters. These donors have created a pool of $1,000,000 in available matching funds, which will be used to match new and increased planned gift commitments at 10% of their estimated value, up to $25,000 per gift. Donor Advised Funds are the fastest-growing giving method and tax-efficient way to manage charitable donations. Clients of Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable and BNY Mellon can easily make a designation through the DAF Direct window below:
All or a portion of an IRA Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) can be distributed or gifted directly to Washington National Cathedral. This popular gift option is called a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), or a distribution from your IRA. Each individual can distribute or gift up to $100,000 per year. This allows donors to avoid paying income taxes on the amount distributed, while also supporting their favorite charities.
Giving a QCD gift to Washington National Cathedral through your IRA is a convenient way for you to increase your support. We have partnered with Giving Docs to make it easy!
