Register online
Unless otherwise noted, all conferences begin with registration on Monday at 3 pm and conclude on Friday after lunch
Fees
The standard conference registration fee for a
five-day conference is $750. Exceptions to this are noted in the
catalog. This fee includes program costs, double occupancy
accommodations from Monday until Friday, and most meals beginning with
dinner on Monday and ending with lunch on Friday.
Scholarships
Scholarship assistance is available on
a limited basis for conference participants. Those interested should
contact Dean McDonald for further details: jroberts@cathedral.org or

Payment
A deposit of $150 is required to confirm
registration for most conferences. Full payment is due four weeks prior
to the beginning of all conferences and programs.
Cancellations
A full refund (less a $50 processing
fee) will be made for cancellations received up to four weeks prior to
the start of a conference. Cancellations received within four weeks of
the start of a conference are subject to the following policies: If the
College is able to fill the space with someone from the waiting list,
the deposit will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. If the College
is unable to fill the space, half of the full conference fee will be
refunded. Those who transfer registration at the time of cancellation to
another conference within the current program year will not forfeit any
fees paid.
Special Accomodations
Program participants
should be aware that single accommodations are limited and, when
available, are allocated on a first come, first served basis at an
additional cost of $80 for the week. Please indicate on your
registration form if you would like a single room. Because it is not
possible to determine final availability of single rooms in advance of a
conference, payment for single rooms is not due until arrival.
Spouses and Guests
Accommodations are sometimes
available for spouses/partners and/or guests to join conference
participants at the College. The non-participant fee is $295, which
includes room, meals, and access to the College Library and other
facilities. Spouses and/or guests who wish to participate in the
conference must register as regular conferees subject to full registration fees.

Conference participants who are
interested in additional nights lodging at an additional cost should

Continuing Education Units
Monday through
Friday conferences have the value of four continuing education units
(CEUs).
Parking Garage
With the opening of a new underground parking garage on the Cathedral grounds, returning visitors will note
that the policies about surface parking have changed. Residential
conferees and overnight guests at the College need to make plans in
advance for overnight parking. Please contact Joan Roberts at
